My first plane ride across the world resulted in my exposure to the world of travel photography. Field Academy is a two week trip students at my school take to various locations every year. My first high school field academy was to Bali. I was super excited to be introduced to the world of travel photography, and I ended up gaining a very diverse perspective along the way.

My second travel photography trip was to Iceland. This magical place has so much to photograph. I focused on the landscapes unique to this frozen island. After experiencing the wonders of Iceland, I can say it is one of my favorite places to photograph. I hope to share my love for it through my photographs.

My most recent trip was to Kerala, one of India's prettiest states. This was the first time I was placed in a chaotic environment when photographing. I learned how to stay calm and get the shot I was looking for. With so much going on around me, it was hard to do this. I am very happy with how my photographs from this trip turned out, and I hope to share some parts of this vibrant place in the world.
